Why this work is personal

From my native Ukraine to the USA, helping young people reach their potential has been my life's work.

Now I am living it as a parent too.

For nearly two decades, I have helped hundreds of students make ambitious academic choices, develop as leaders, pursue meaningful opportunities, earn millions in scholarships, and gain admission to many of the country's most selective colleges.

Today, my husband and I are raising three children of our own and thinking about these same questions much earlier. How do we build strong academic foundations? Which interests are worth pursuing deeply? When should we push? Where should we invest? How do we raise young people who are curious, capable, confident, and prepared to lead?

Exceptional outcomes do not begin in the senior year of high school. They are built over time through thoughtful decisions about how children learn, what they experience, and where they are challenged to grow.

I bring what I have learned from nearly two decades of working with students to families who want to make these decisions thoughtfully and start well before the college application process begins.

Your Student Excellence Roadmap

Let's create an Excellence Roadmap together.

Our work starts with an assessment, a consultation, and then a Student Excellence Roadmap for your child. The Roadmap identifies the academic, extracurricular, and developmental priorities for the next twelve months.

I use what I know about academic excellence, youth development, and college admissions to help families decide where to invest their time, energy, and money. Depending on your child's age and needs, we may focus on:

  • Academic priorities and course selection
  • Leadership and extracurricular activities
  • Summer programs and enrichment
  • Opportunities worth pursuing
  • Habits and skills to strengthen
  • Areas where additional support or challenge may be helpful

A family story

“Tatiana has raised our expectations even higher for what is possible for our 8- and 10-year-old children. She has helped us rethink how we use their time outside of school and how we can use those years to help them develop strong academic foundations, pursue their interests, and build skills at a high level.”

“We also have much more clarity about how to choose the right educators, programs, and extracurricular opportunities for each child. We are more thoughtful now about where we invest their time and which experiences will help them grow as scholars, learners, and young people.”
